What you'll do: You will support the day-to-day fulfilment operations across Central European markets, ensuring that customer orders are delivered reliably and efficiently. You will work closely with our warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to identify and resolve operational issues. You will analyse logistics performance and key KPIs, identify deviations, and support the development of improvement measures. You will contribute to projects aimed at improving delivery performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will support the implementation and optimisation of logistics processes, systems, and reporting tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including Customer Service, Finance, Tech, and Network Management. You will take ownership of your own analyses and smaller projects while gaining hands-on experience in an international e-commerce logistics environment. Who we're looking for: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to understand problems and develop practical solutions. You are confident working with Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools is a plus. You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several topics at the same time. You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and are not afraid to take ownership. You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams and external partners. You are fluent in English ; German or another European language is a plus. You are eager to learn and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
