We are currently hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to join us at our El Paso, TX location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Asset Data Collection
- Contact employees through phone, Microsoft Teams, BHIVE, and email.
- Verify employee-assigned IT assets, including computers and monitors.
- Collect and document asset serial numbers and ownership information.
- Follow up with employees who do not initially respond.
- Track outreach activities and employee responses.
Asset Validation and Reconciliation
- Compare employee-provided information against existing inventory records.
- Validate asset ownership and assignment accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies between reported assets and inventory databases.
- Investigate missing, duplicate, or incorrectly assigned assets.
- Ensure employee data is properly associated with assigned hardware.
Data Quality and Remediation
- Correct formatting errors and inconsistent data entries.
- Resolve data entry inaccuracies and incomplete records.
- Update inventory repositories with validated information.
- Maintain accurate documentation of changes and corrections.
- Support the preparation of a final reconciled inventory dataset.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of collection and validation activities.
- Escalate unresolved discrepancies to the Project Lead.
- Participate in quality review sessions.
- Provide status updates and progress reports as requested.
- Assist with project closeout documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and asset information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Can do attitude working with Stakeholders to overcome obstacles and respond to inquiries.
- Upbeat, friendly personality, and professional phone etiquette
- Professional demeanor, dependable, punctual, and consistent
- Proven success effectively interacting with all levels of an organization.
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral
