Job Description One of our top clients is currently looking for an AI Project Manager (PM Track) to support and gradually take ownership of AI-related projects across both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will support and gradually take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseas partners, and contributing to the development and execution of AI-based solutions. Example AI Projects AI initiatives in healthcare (B2C / B2B) Public sector-related services Internal process optimization Customer data analysis and insights Contract-based AI development projects Responsibilities Project Management Understand project objectives and define actionable plans to achieve them Manage schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery Communication Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project status Manage relationships with external stakeholders and ensure project commitments are met Maintain close communication with team members to track progress, challenges, and team dynamics Collaborate with offshore and international development teams Internal team meetings are conducted in English Leadership Identify team challenges and continuously improve processes Work with stakeholders to create a productive and collaborative environment Drive team performance and ensure high-quality deliverables Depending on experience, you may lead projects independently Requirements Required Skills 2+ years of hands-on project management experience Business-level English (able to handle meetings in English) Native-level Japanese or equivalent (JLPT N1 or above) Nice-to-have Knowledge or experience in AI-related projects Experience with Agile development Offshore development experience Experience in client-facing or contract-based projects Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent Ideal Candidate Proactive and self-driven Eager to learn new technologies Strong team player Responsible and goal-oriented Benefits Employment Type: Full-time employee (3-month probation period) Working Hours: Flextime system (no core time) Work Style: Primarily remote work Full remote work available Foreign nationals may work remotely from overseas for up to 6 months, but residency in Japan is required Compensation: Annual salary: 5M ~ JPY 7M
