What You'll Do
Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Develop intuitive and performant web applications.
Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
Integrate GenAI capabilities into customer-facing workflows and internal systems.
Own production deployments, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions.
Ensure security, reliability, and compliance best practices across the platform.
What We're Looking For
Required
3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong full-stack development skills with experience building production-grade applications.
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
Experience working with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices.
Ability to independently own projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
Strong problem-solving skills and startup mindset.
Preferred
Experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
Experience with Next.js.
Experience with Spring Boot and/or FastAPI.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or AI-powered products.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Familiarity with compliance, governance, security, risk, or regulated industries.
Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
