About the Role: The traditional model of siloed product managers, designers, and engineers is too slow for modern AI-native development. At HighLevel, every engineer owns a product outcome end-to-end, from idea to prototype to production to scale. You will operate as a Team of One. With AI tooling and strong engineering infrastructure, a single engineer can now build what previously required an entire squad. You are not implementing tickets. You own the product. What You'll Do: End-to-End Product Ownership: Translate business goals into working, deployable systems Define architecture, workflows, and implementation plans Ship and maintain production-grade systems — not demos or prototypes Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Turn ambiguous ideas into working demos within hours or days Prototype using code, AI tooling, automation, or low-code systems Validate through experiments and real user feedback, then iterate to production quality Build AI-Native Systems: Design and orchestrate LLM agents, retrieval pipelines, workflow automation, memory layers, APIs, and guardrails. Build for resilience against hallucinations, model variability, and quality degradation over time. Design for Scale, Cost & Performance: Reason through token consumption, inference cost, latency constraints, infrastructure scalability, and system resilience. The goal: systems that work efficiently at scale.
