If you love working under pressure & building something that drives real business impact… If you are looking to work in a highly team-oriented environment where you are constanlty communicating with different team members & departments in order to achieve your goals… If you are able to balance priorities quickly & able to take on more responsibilities then a regular developer & you take pride in this ability… Then APPLY NOW! ============= Results: Onboarding 20 Affiliates / Week Guarantee 98% tracking & attribution accuracy from the affiliate’s duplicate funnel (CheckoutChamp) > Marketing Platform’s Pixel & Post-back Optimize the process of building affiliate funnels so that it is all completed in under X TIME / new affiliate in under 2 hours Adding new affiliates to the internal performance tracking dashboards ============ Responsibilities Build automations, Python scripts & dashboards for visibility into the affiliate program’s effectiveness & results Building new pages, advertorials, and funnels based on Figma files Quality control all of your work before handing it over for a final check Be in constant communication with the development & tech team from our affiliates and quickly make updates they require to run more profitably (UTM updates, tracking updates, postbacks, hash file integrations) Review tracking accuracy on a daily basis to prevent tracking issues from making the affiliate unprofitable, thus losing company revenue Spotting opportunities to restructure data into an organized fashion in order to allow it to be leveraged by other systems easily Be curious, attend the key marketing calls, and ask questions to improve your understanding Test the payments flow with test credit cards before shipping anything ============= Technical Requirements 2+ Years of experience in affiliate marketing (Network or directly with an advertiser) Building and optimizing landing pages, checkout flows, and funnels Working with builders or raw code (Shopify Liquid, HTML, JS, CSS) Tracking setup and debugging for Meta Pixel, Google Tag, server-side events, etc. Integration with REST and GraphQL APIs (Shopify especially) Handling client-side logic and custom tracking with JavaScript Supporting back-end integrations (PHP/MySQL preferred) Payment gateway integration and handling response logic Strong command of JavaScript (must-have) Practical experience with Shopify and GraphQL API Comfort with Shopify Liquid, custom tracking, and JS events Understanding of payment gateways (how they work, status codes, retries, etc.) Solid back-end understanding, ideally PHP & MySQL Front-end experience (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, or modern frameworks like React/Vue) Someone who knows how to use AI to accelerate but still reads the code before shipping Experience working autonomously and proactively in a remote team Past work on conversion-driven projects Experience in e-commerce, especially health or wellness Building and maintaining headless CMS or e-com architectures A/B testing (Convert, VWO, Optimizely) Heatmaps (Hotjar, Clarity, FullStory) ============= Cultural Requirements Work 6 days/week Work 10 hours/day Read 2 books/month Speak English fluently, C1 Be well-versed with Slack, Zoom, Sheets, Google Forms, and G-Suite) Have a computer with +16GB RAM High Speed internet + Backup (Router / 5G) Work EST 8 AM - 18 PM ============= Reward $2500 / month Have complete ownership over your work Work in a highly aligned culture Chase big dreams Be challenged & held to higher & ever-increasing standards Have fun If you are looking for the ride of a lifetime, then APPLY NOW!
