About the Role

Green Light is seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to join a major enterprise transformation program based in Sydney.

Working within a collaborative Agile team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting modern digital solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale program leveraging modern engineering practices, cloud-native technologies, and DevSecOps principles.

You will work closely with architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services
Build modern user interfaces and backend services to support business requirements
Develop and integrate APIs and microservices
Support cloud-native application development across AWS and Azure environments
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and operational requirements
Support production deployments and ongoing platform enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Developer
Strong experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience developing backend services using Java, Node.js, Python, Golang, or similar technologies
Knowledge of API development and system integrations
Experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native applications
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications or digital solutions
