Job Summary We’re looking for a challenge-ready Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team, building the Mednext Suite — our next-generation, AI-powered browser-based healthcare platform transforming healthcare operations for small to medium hospitals and specialists medical centres across Australia. This is more than just another development role. You’ll work across the full stack, solve meaningful problems, and contribute to intelligent, automated, and user-friendly features using modern web technologies. Even better, you will get to use AI to accelerate and super charge web development to the next level. Requirements Key Responsibilities Build responsive, modern UI components using React.js, TypeScript with AI coding tools. Develop scalable backend services using Node.js, .NET, Java and Golang with AI coding tools. Work with AI engineers to integrate intelligent AI powered system features into the platform. Collaborate with DevOps to support secure, reliable cloud deployments. Contribute to common development tasks such as CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and system performance optimisations. Review code, maintain quality, and take ownership of core product features. Engage in product design and technical discussions with the wider team. Minimum Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in full stack development. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS. Backend experience in Node.js, .NET, or Java/Spring Boot. Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL) and Git version control. Solid understanding of secure API development and microservices. Preferred Qualifications Experience or strong interest in AI-powered web application development. Experience or strong interest in AI-powered tools to expedite and super charge web application development processes. Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. Exposure to ML/AI APIs, data-driven features, or decision support systems. Healthcare domain experience is a bonus. Soft Skills Self-driven, curious, and collaborative.
