Full Stack Developer

Role

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Full Stack Developer who is ready to work on the development and implementation of innovative solutions. You'll work closely with our advisory and technology teams, turning ideas into intelligent systems that create real value for our clients in the legal and governance sectors. The ideal candidate will bring innovation, curiosity, and the technical skill set to help reshape how businesses operate using technology, automation and AI.

This is a hands-on build role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will be shipping real product used by professionals, so a passion for building usable, ethical, and powerful products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, and deploy solutions to automate professional tasks.
• Design and build scalable, solutions across the backend stack.
• Build workflows to reduce manual workload for professionals, including prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and iterative improvement.
• Develop and integrate scalable, reliable APIs that improve processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to guide the technical vision while being responsible for overall delivery.
• Ensure all solutions are designed with strong data security, governance, and compliance principles, particularly when handling sensitive legal and client information.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and document your work to improve team standards.
• Participate in peer reviews, sprint planning, and help foster a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in full stack software development, preferably in regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Python is required; exposure to Java or .NET is a plus.
• Proven track record of shipping and operating systems at scale with high reliability.
• Experience building and integrating scalable APIs.
• Rigorous testing, code-review, and documentation habits that improve team standards.
• Familiarity with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms).

Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Entity Framework.
• Experience in requirements analysis, background research and critically evaluating existing technologies.
• Experience trialling prototypes with pilot users.
• Experience in a global, client-facing environment.
