The role As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of our development teams and work closely with European colleagues on project implementations for our clients. You operate across the full stack — back-end and front-end — in an agile environment, and you help make the AI transformation tangible for both our clients and ourselves. What you bring 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an agile environment, working with multiple programming languages Strong skills in both back-end and front-end development Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS A solid understanding of security, scalability and resilience A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field — or equivalent experience You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English, written and spoken An open mind and a natural curiosity for new technologies The drive to work independently and keep learning A genuine willingness to embrace the AI transformation — just like we do Who you are You're not someone who waits to be told what to do.
