Role Description The Full Stack Developer – AWS + ReactJs will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power Dismantly’s SaaS platform. Day-to-day work includes building scalable back-end services on AWS, implementing responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJs, and integrating APIs and data sources to support inventory, order management, and online sales features. The developer will collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and performant solutions, while contributing to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the development stack. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-grade web applications.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, ideally using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB) and RESTful API design.
- Experience in Front-End Development, including ReactJs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Strong skills in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, application architecture, and security best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and work with version control systems such as Git.
- Comfort working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; experience in SaaS or e-commerce domains is an advantage.
