Note: At this time, we’re prioritizing applications from local candidates (Regina/Saskatchewan-based) Who You Are You might be a great fit if you: Want to be part of a high-growth, early-stage startup Care about building great products - not chasing job titles Hold yourself to a high standard and enjoy working with others who do the same Enjoy turning real-world problems into thoughtful technical solutions Write clean, reliable code and think about performance and scale from day one Believe testing, documentation, and collaboration aren’t optional - they’re part of building well Bring a strong product mindset - you think about the user, not just the code Are resourceful, self-directed, and excited to move quickly with a smart, supportive team What You’ll Work With We use a modern, full-stack TypeScript environment built for scalability and speed: Frontend: React (TypeScript), Tailwind Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), CQRS Testing: Playwright, Vitest Database: MySQL (relational database) Infrastructure: AWS (Lambdas, ECS, S3, SQS, Aurora MySQL), Vercel All code is within an npm monorepo (+ Turborepo) with E2E typesafety using tRPC between frontends and the backend. We support our workflow with GitHub, Linear, Sentry, LaunchDarkly, and Slack. What You’ll Do As a member of our Development Team, you’ll help shape our product and infrastructure as we scale: Design, build, and maintain scalable applications in React, Node.js, and MySQL Collaborate closely with Product to turn requirements into delightful technical solutions Identify and resolve complex issues while mentoring and supporting teammates Lead new feature development or system upgrades with an eye on long-term maintainability Participate in planning, retros, and team reviews—bringing your voice to the table Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy feature-flagged code with confidence Write clear, testable, and well-documented code Contribute to a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement Why Offstreet?
