Full Stack Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer based in Colombia to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Implement security and data protection measures Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic Build reusable code and libraries for future use Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field / experience 3+ years of experience in full stack development Proven English Proficiency (B2 or higher) Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Extensive experience with back-end programming in Python. Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL Expertise in web frameworks such as React, Angular, and Node.js Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git Experience in RESTful API design and development Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus Excellent compensation and multiple perks. 100% remote work.
