Full Stack Developer - Team Lead

Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024. Arηs Group, Part of Accenture , is looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Team Lead to reinforce a dynamic team. You will lead the development of complex in-house solutions, ensuring technical quality, coaching the team, and driving best practices across the stack. Role & Responsibilities Acting as senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the team Coaching junior and medior developers and performing code reviews Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Angular, SQL, and optional technologies (ng-grid, AWS, Python) Analyzing user needs and translating them into efficient technical solutions Coordinating development tasks, delegating work, and supporting the Delivery Manager in planning Resolving complex technical issues and guiding the team through challenges Ensuring software quality, maintainability, performance, and security Supervising system modifications, updates, and lifecycle activities Conducting security checks and identify areas for improvement Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding expectations and progress Your Profile University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Technical Skills Solid experience with: Java backend development Angular frontend development SQL (database modeling, stored procedures, optimization) Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture and modern development practices.
