Full Stack Digital Marketer (Martech)

Position: Full Stack Digital Marketer Salary: PHP 75,000 - PHP 100,000/month Working Hours & Conditions: Australian Business Hours, Remote ROLE OVERVIEW: The Full Stack Digital Marketer is a hands-on hybrid role operating at the intersection of marketing execution and martech (marketing technology) infrastructure. Reporting to the Commercial Team, this individual will own the technical connectivity, conversion rate optimization, and digital campaign performance across a portfolio of hospitality properties. The primary objective is to maximize direct bookings while reducing reliance on third-party online travel agencies. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute full-stack digital marketing strategies across multiple properties. Manage CRM and email marketing initiatives, advanced audience segmentation, automated workflows, and personalized campaigns. Ensure seamless data flow connectivity between PMS and CRM systems. Develop and optimize paid, owned, and earned media campaigns aligned with budgetary targets. Build, maintain, and connect CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress) to live booking engines. Manage conversion rate optimization, tracking infrastructure, pixel implementation, and analytics dashboards. Handle creative design assets for digital platforms, social media, websites, and print. Oversee technical SEO improvements, listing health across search profiles, and the martech onboarding of new property acquisitions. CMS (Content Management System) & Website Management: Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and connecting Webflow and WordPress sites. Martech Connectivity & CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Automation: Demonstrated ability to manage CRM systems (e.g., Mailerlite), advanced audience segmentation, and automated workflows. Conversion Rate Optimization & Tracking Infrastructure: Mastery of GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) parameters. Full-Stack Digital Campaign Execution (3+ Years): Hands-on creation and optimization of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), and Paid Media (Meta/Google Ads).
