WE ARE HIRING : Technical Lead – Full Stack (Next.js & NestJS) Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: IT Industry UK WORKING HOURS ( Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack (Next.js & NestJS) to lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications. This role involves full-stack development, technical leadership, and driving product evolution while ensuring best engineering practices in a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend solutions using NestJS & TypeScript Build responsive and high-performance frontends using React / Next.js Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services Design and manage relational databases ensuring performance and data integrity Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver features Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment Ensure system scalability, performance, and maintainability Work within cloud environments and support DevOps practices Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack development Experience in technical leadership or mentoring teams Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript Deep knowledge of NestJS and Next.js frameworks Experience with React and modern frontend development Strong understanding of REST APIs and system architecture Experience with databases (PostgreSQL / Azure SQL) Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Nice to Have Familiarity with AI/ML or Large Language Models (LLMs) Experience in SaaS or data-driven platforms Ready to take your career to new heights?
