Full-Stack Engineer

PeakHealth AI is rebuilding primary care around proactive longevity. We pair advanced diagnostics with AI-driven care plans—think Levels × One Our founder has previously founded two unicorn telehealth companies, our Chief Medical Officer is a 4X NYT best seller and we have strong tech and AI talent. What you’ll own Build and scale full-stack features across mobile-web and desktop using React, TypeScript, Next.js (frontend) and Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres (backend). Translate clinician workflows and complex lab data into intuitive, consumer-grade UX — then bring it to life through performant, secure APIs and data models. Contribute across the stack: from UI implementation to backend API design, schema modeling (Prisma), and infra/debugging (AWS, CI/CD). Collaborate on shared UI and backend standards, evolve our component library, improve test coverage, and help shape engineering culture. What we’re looking for 3–6 years of product engineering experience with strong ownership across the stack. 3+ years of React/Next.js experience; you can build clean, high-performing interfaces from Figma with motion and UX polish. Backend fluency: Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres, and comfort with Prisma or similar ORMs. Pragmatic about tech debt and infra — you ship, own, and debug your code in production.
