Intermediate/Senior Full Stack Engineer
This role sits within RUSH's Engineering Chapter as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. This role is for someone who thrives on solving hard problems end-to-end, from architecture through to delivery, while mentoring others and helping raise the bar for engineering excellence across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend & UX: Building high-performance web and mobile interfaces using ReactJS and NextJS (TypeScript) and implementing Progressive Web App (PWA).
Backend & API: Developing services using .NET Core. Design and implementing RESTful APIs secured with OAuth 2.0. Apply Event Sourcing and CQRS architectural patterns.
Data & Storage: Experience with PostgreSQL + PostGIS and Azure Cosmos DB as an event store with Azure Service Bus for messaging and Azure Blob Storage for object storage.
Integration & Platform: Managing and securing APIs via Azure API Management and Azure Application Gateway. Deploying containerised workloads using Azure Container Apps or AKS. Identity management with Microsoft Entra ID.
Infrastructure & DevOps: Using Terraform and maintaining CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
Our 'must-haves' for this role include:
Expertise in .NET Core and ReactJS/NextJS (TypeScript).
Deep experience with Azure Cloud Services (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Cosmos DB, API Management).
Experience with Event Sourcing and CQRS patterns.
Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of security protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and Entra ID.
