Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / Angular / Azure) | Remote | 80k-90k Rands pcm

We're working exclusively with an internationally established B2B SaaS business to find a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who has been here before, someone who has built and owned complex platform features end to end, not just contributed to them.

The Platform

A mature, mission-critical SaaS platform mid-way through a significant cloud-native rebuild. Real customers, real revenue, real engineering standards. The platform powers high-value, high-volume transactional operations globally, live, real-time environments where reliability is the product. £50m+ transacted in 2025 alone, across multiple sectors and international markets.

The Role

You'll work closely with the Lead Software Engineer and product leadership, taking genuine ownership across:

• Backend: .NET 10 / ASP.NET Core, APIs, services, distributed systems
• Frontend: Angular / TypeScript, complex, performant web applications
• Real-time: SignalR-based live bidding and event-driven workflows
• Infrastructure: Azure-native (AKS, Service Bus, Container Apps, Key Vault, Monitor, Blob Storage)
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines; you deploy what you build
• Architecture: multi-tenant white-label SaaS, scalability, resilience, observability
• Leadership: engineering standards, mentoring, technical direction

This is not a role for someone who needs architecture handed to them. You'll contribute to those decisions.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Deep, production-grade .NET / ASP.NET Core, this is not a "some backend experience" role
• Strong Angular / TypeScript; complex Single-Page Applications, not just templates
• Proven experience with Azure cloud-native architecture in production
• Docker and Kubernetes in real environments, not just familiarity
• PostgreSQL or equivalent at scale
• Experience in high-availability, mission-critical or real-time systems is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with full end-to-end ownership, design, build, deploy, support
