Position Overview: HRCI’s software engineers design and ship useful digital experiences that make it easier for customers to do things, and for our internal teams to do their work. Our engineering delivers value when it solves tangible problems. We want our software engineers to always start with the customer problem and work their way back to a solution. Our software engineers are curious, never give up, and are optimistic they can solve any problem. Our engineers apply state-of-the art tooling, mechanisms, and mindsets to ship code and value. We use coding agents to build, and this role must be ready and excited to work in an agent-in-the-loop software development lifecycle. We drive coding agents in our SDLC, coding agents do not drive us. Help design Claude Code harnesses for our coding agent infrastructure. Steer Claude Code to build well and fast. Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .Net, Angular, React and CSS frameworks. Design and ship user interfaces and front-end components by writing secure, clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Be an integral part of a scrum team (people + coding agents) participating in the full software development lifecycle – define, design, develop, test, and deploy. Use CI/CD tools to build, test, secure and deploy. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines. The Skills You Need to Succeed: Demonstrated experience using Claude Code to write production grade software. 3+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer. 3+ years’ experience in Angular and/or React frameworks, including hands-on experience in building web applications using these frameworks. Experience in building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, JSON, etc. Deep understanding of how to get the best out of Claude Code, affordably. Strong HTML, CSS, JSON, jQuery and JavaScript skills with excellent understanding of front-end best practices. Front-end UI development with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular and React. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with front-end applications. Good grasp on usability and interaction design. Strong problem solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues. Strong technical, critical, and analytical thinking. Effective communication and coordination skills. Ability to update and manage GitHub repositories. Familiarity with the Azure Cloud Platform. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred. Experience using CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, preferred. Salary range: $90,000 - 130,000/year; Compensation is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
