Full-Stack Engineer

We're looking for a highly capable Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. While our current backend stack is built on Python, we prioritize candidates who possess a deep, transferable understanding of programming fundamentals and software architecture over specific language experience. You'll be working on building, deploying, and maintaining robust applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end application components.

• Contribute to high-level system architecture design

• Champion software development best practices, including writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (TDD/BDD, SOLID principles).

• Work with databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.

• Manage the full application lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

• Take ownership of features from concept to production.

What We're Looking For

• Deep Coding Understanding: Proven ability to apply programming principles to solve real-world problems.

• Architectural Knowledge: Strong grasp of different software design patterns and complex system architecture.

• Best Practices Focus: Commitment to writing high-quality, efficient code, and participating in code reviews.

• Deployment Experience: Practical experience deploying and managing applications, preferably in a Linux environment, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Technology Familiarity: Experience with Python is highly preferred, along with familiarity with a modern mobile framework (e.g. Flutter or React Native).

• Experience Over Degree: We value tangible work experience—this includes professional roles OR a strong portfolio of personal projects. Show us what you've built and the engineering decisions you made along the way.

• Problem Solver: A curious, proactive, and independent mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and tackling challenging technical problems.

Bonus Points

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-prem deployments ( on linux machines).

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Flutter (Dart)

• Knowledge of specific Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
