On behalf of our client, a leading financial services company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications according to specified business requirements.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate design mockups and functional requirements into fully working features.
Build responsive, cross-browser user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks
Design and implement server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database schemas to support application functionality.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices across the full stack.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security on both client and server sides.
Implement Unit, Integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Work closely with the QA team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs or issues across the stack.
Define and document technical specifications, including appropriate technology choices and workflows.
Manage and integrate databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and third-party services/APIs.
Participate in sprints ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in front-end and back-end technologies.
Other duties as deemed necessary by their superior from time to time.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 3 years working as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role, working across both front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular.
Experience with back-end languages/frameworks such as Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)..
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience developing microservices and managing containerized applications (Docker).
Some experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus.
Some level of experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
Proficient in version control and CI/CD tools such as Git.
Experience with testing frameworks.
Understanding of web security standards and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
