The Opportunity

They're looking for a Full Stack Engineer (AI Systems) to help build the product layer that transforms cutting-edge AI capabilities into seamless, production-ready user experiences.

You'll work across the entire stack, designing and delivering AI-powered features, agent workflows, and intelligent systems that users rely on every day.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI systems

✅ Design multi-step AI agent workflows that can plan, execute, recover from errors, and reliably complete tasks

✅ Integrate LLMs, memory systems, and external tools into production-grade applications

✅ Develop real-time AI experiences with fast response times and excellent user experience

✅ Improve reliability, observability, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms

✅ Work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver features from concept to launch

✅ Continuously iterate and improve systems based on real-world usage and performance data

What They're Looking For

🔹 Strong Full Stack Engineering experience of all levels

🔹 Solid system design and API architecture knowledge

🔹 Experience building AI-powered products, LLM applications, agent frameworks, or RAG systems

🔹 Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make pragmatic engineering decisions

🔹 Strong ownership mentality with a track record of shipping products end-to-end

🔹 Comfortable operating in fast-paced start-up environments

🔹 Passion for building products at the intersection of software engineering and AI
