Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us. If you want your work to create real impact in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Own features end to end: from the database schema and API to the interface and release
• Build and maintain our REST API and the web app on top of it, used on both desktop and mobile
• Build AI features with LLM APIs, such as conversational assistants, language detection and translation
• Integrate third-party services, including payments
• Keep production healthy through automated tests, CI/CD, error monitoring and analytics
• Review code, write clear documentation and help the team keep the codebase maintainable
• Work directly with the founders and the product team

What we need

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a senior role or as a project's technical lead
• Strong TypeScript, used on both the frontend and the backend
• React and Next.js (App Router, Server Components, server actions), plus performance work such as Core Web Vitals
• Building APIs in Node.js or serverless environments, with input validation and authentication
• SQL and relational database design, migrations and a type-safe ORM
• Experience deploying to serverless or edge platforms, ideally Cloudflare Workers, and with Azure services
• GitHub Actions or a similar CI/CD tool, plus testing in practice
• Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot or similar), along with the judgment to review what they produce
• Clear written and spoken Greek or English, and comfort working asynchronously or in the office
• EU timezone, and the right to work in the EU

Nice to have

• A genuine drive to help others, whether by mentoring colleagues or by building products for people who need them most
• Experience in a start-up, agriculture, HR, labor markets or marketplace platforms
• Stripe, Sentry or PostHog
• React Native or Expo
