About The Company
Morson Edge is recruiting for a growing, product-focused technology organisation developing and supporting high-scale applications in a modern cloud environment. The organisation values thoughtful engineering, collaboration and practical innovation, with a focus on delivering reliable products that meet real user and business needs. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to an evolving technology landscape and help shape the engineering standards, practices and direction of the team.
About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Java and Angular experience to join the team in a permanent, fully remote role based anywhere in the UK. The salary is up to £85,000, depending on experience.
This is a hands-on engineering position with meaningful technical ownership. You will work across the full stack, designing, developing and evolving scalable applications within a large-scale AWS cloud environment. Your work will include building new functionality, enhancing existing services and resolving complex technical challenges.
You will also help influence technical direction and engineering practices. This role is suited to someone who leads through expertise and example, makes pragmatic technical decisions and supports colleagues, without requiring a formal people-management title. You will contribute to a product-led environment where engineers are encouraged to take ownership and have a genuine impact on the products they build.
