Salesblox brings AI call scoring, coaching workflows and performance insights together in one platform. We’re looking for an experienced AI Full-Stack Engineer to help develop the product across its frontend, backend and AI capabilities.

You’ll work directly with company leadership, take ownership of technical projects and help turn product ideas into reliable, useful software.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and improving the Salesblox platform across the full stack.
• Building responsive, intuitive features for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Designing backend services, APIs, databases and scalable application architecture.
• Integrating AI models and APIs, including OpenAI, Claude and OpenRouter.
• Improving call transcription, analysis, scoring and coaching recommendations.
• Building dashboards, reporting, user permissions and team features.
• Developing automated workflows and third-party integrations.
• Supporting subscriptions, billing and customer onboarding.
• Maintaining secure, reliable infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Testing, documenting and improving the platform’s performance and usability.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced developer who can work across the stack, use AI tools thoughtfully and deliver clean, dependable software.

You’ll need:

• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills.
• Experience with React, Next.js or a similar frontend framework.
• Backend development experience using Node.js, Python or equivalent.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase or a comparable database.
• Practical experience integrating APIs and AI services.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub and version control.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and explain technical decisions clearly.
• Professional English communication skills.

Experience building SaaS products, working with speech-to-text or conversational AI, and developing secure multi-tenant systems would be valuable. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, Stripe, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automated testing and GDPR is also helpful.

Formal qualifications are not required. We’re interested in what you’ve built and how you approach technical challenges.
