What we are looking for Getting back on defense for each other: No one at Ranger works on an island. What we are looking for in the role 6-10+ years of professional experience in software engineering. Strong desire to lead, execute, and own their own projects. Track record of learning new languages, technologies, and patterns on the job. Comfortable working and reasoning across the stack - frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in-office.
