Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Java + React)Location: Kraków, Poland (2 days office / 3 days remote)Experience: 5–10 years Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern applications and services. This role involves working across both backend and frontend technologies, contributing to system modernization, and improving efficiency through automation and microservices. Key Responsibilities :Build and support backend and frontend applications using Java (11/17/21) and ReactJSDevelop and maintain microservices and APIsModernize legacy systems by migrating from mainframe and IBM WebSphere to scalable microservices architecturesImprove system efficiency by increasing Straight-Through-Processing (STP)Reduce testing costs through automation frameworksContribute to overall system design, scalability, and performance improvements Required Skills & Experience :Strong experience with Java 11+ (Java 17+ preferred)Hands-on experience with KubernetesProficiency in GitStrong command of Unix/Linux systems and CLIExperience with databases and SQL (Oracle preferred)Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Nice to Have :Experience with JavaScript and ReactExposure to DevOps environmentsKnowledge of application monitoring toolsFamiliarity with Spring / Spring Boot
