Responsibilities: • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to architect, develop, and maintain new and existing features across the stack. • Build highly responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end components using React.js and Next.js. • Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Go, ensuring efficiency and scalability. • Work with MongoDB to optimize data storage and retrieval, while ensuring seamless integration with backend services. • Integrate third-party services and APIs, particularly focusing on authentication (SSO, OAuth) for secure and enriched user experiences. • Ensure code quality through comprehensive automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) using modern testing frameworks. • Participate in Agile development processes, including leading sprint planning, overseeing code reviews, and improving deployment pipelines (CI/CD). • Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure applications scale with business growth. • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose new tools and practices to continually improve development workflows. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams. • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with a focus on React.js and Next.js for front-end development. • Strong experience with Go for backend development, including building and maintaining services. • Experience working with MongoDB, with a strong understanding of best practices for data modeling and performance optimization. • Proficiency in CI/CD tools and workflows (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, or similar). • Strong knowledge of authentication (SSO, OAuth) and security best practices. • Extensive experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first or hybrid environment. Nice to Have: • Experience working with AI-driven features and automation. • Familiarity with ATS systems such as SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or Lever. • Experience with microservices architecture.
