About GetBlock
GetBlock launched in 2019 as a two-person company. Seven years later, Coinbase, Trust Wallet, Garanti BBVA, Arkham, Chainalysis, and many more run on GetBlock infrastructure. That infrastructure now spans about 1,000 servers in clusters in New York, Frankfurt, and Singapore, covering 130+ blockchain networks. More than 200,000 customers have signed up, and 60,000 of them were active in the last six months.
On Solana, BNB Smart Chain, and Polygon, GetBlock is the fastest RPC provider in key financial hubs, and the independent benchmarks CompareNodes and OpenChainBench rank it among the top providers in the market.
About GetBlock marketing
A small, senior marketing team built one of the most visible brands in the RPC segment:
getblock.io has ranked #3 in the segment by organic traffic and LLM visibility for many months in a row in 2026
The GetBlock blog was the most visited and most active blog in the entire segment in 2025
150,000 website visits every month
100+ ecosystem partners and 20,000+ builders in the community
Team background includes Forbes, BeInCrypto, and Crypto Briefing
The team under-promises and over-delivers, every time.
About the role
This is a full-stack marketing role.
You will own campaigns across all GetBlock channels, from the first draft to the final report, and decide where the next channel should open. In a single week you might write a launch thread for X and present next quarter's channel strategy to leadership.
GetBlock markets to a few.
The product is technical, and its audience is technical and product decision-makers at Web3 companies, the people who choose which RPC provider their engineers build on. Reach outside that group counts for little, so every campaign you run is judged by whether it lands with them.
Most of the team works around UTC+3. We need solid overlap with those hours, and the exact time zone is flexible.
What you'll do
Plan campaigns across GetBlock's existing channels and measure what each one delivers: social media, community, partnerships, owned media, performance marketing, and SEO/GEO. Owned media takes the biggest share of your time, SEO/GEO the smallest.
Propose new marketing channels, run the first tests, and scale any channel that brings in the right audience.
Own marketing analytics. Find out which campaigns reach technical decision-makers and which burn budget, then shift spend to match.
Run paid traffic together with our performance marketer: suggest hypotheses, design the tests, read the results, and scale what works.
Shape positioning and messaging for product launches with the product team, then carry them into every channel.
Write and edit copy yourself: X threads, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, partner announcements.
Work with GetBlock's 100+ ecosystem partners on joint announcements and co-marketing campaigns.
What you'll bring
Fluent English at C1 or above, spoken and written. This one is a must: English is the only language GetBlock markets in and nearly the only one the team works in.
3+ years in product marketing, including B2B.
Strong writing. You produce a clean first draft without a copywriter and edit other people's copy without flattening their voice.
Marketing taste built on seeing a lot of good and bad work. You can spot a strong launch at a glance and explain what makes it land.
Hands-on experience with X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram, plus owned media on Medium and Dev.to.
Basic CMS skills. GetBlock's site runs on Prismic.
Confidence with partners: you can run a call with a partner's CMO and walk away with an agreed plan.
How you work with AI
GetBlock marketing already runs on custom skills and agents, and you will add to that setup.
You know when AI helps and when to stop and do the work yourself.
You have built AI workflows that automate 90-100% of a routine end to end, and you keep them running.
You build your own tooling: custom skills, loops, and agents. Lazy prompts and AI slop give you an allergic reaction.
Nice to have
Experience managing a small team.
Vibe-coding experience on products that paying customers use, with a working grasp of GitLab, deployment pipelines, and IDEs.
Mindset and deal-breakers
People who do well at GetBlock are curious and happy to wear many hats. Everyone on the team, this role included, works by two rules:
We are all operators. No task is junior enough to drop.
We are all strategists. No task is senior enough to avoid.
You will probably not enjoy this role if:
Your main strength is managing Jira cards.
Your marketing playbook is mostly KOLs, airdrops, and incentive programs. GetBlock does boring marketing that pays off over years.
You need a translator or heavy editing to work in English.
Why GetBlock
Honest remote. GetBlock is fully remote by design, with no US-only, EU-only, or UK-only restrictions and no hybrid schedule that puts you in an office three days a week.
A running start. GetBlock is an established brand with a busy marketing pipeline and growing metrics, so there is nothing to build from scratch. You join to accelerate what already works.
20 days of annual leave plus 12 personal days in place of a fixed public holiday calendar. Spend them on local celebrations, a loved one's birthday, or a break when you need one. Sick leave is paid on top.
Compensation for coworking space and AI tools.
A personalized development roadmap and performance bonuses tied to your impact.
Well-being programs to help you stay healthy and keep your balance.
