Full-Stack Python Developer

Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role We're looking for a developer to build and maintain a meeting feedback and analytics platform that helps organizations improve their meeting culture through automated surveys, insights, and reports. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a Flask-based web application with PostgreSQL database Build email integrations (IMAP/Outlook 365) for ingesting calendar invitations (ICS/iCal format) Create automated survey systems with third-party integrations (Typeform) Generate reports and analytics (HTML emails, PowerPoint presentations) Implement OAuth integrations (Google, Zoom, Microsoft) Build and maintain scheduled background jobs (cron-based task processing) Manage multi-tenant SaaS architecture with organization tiers and billing (PayPal) Requirements Required Skills Python 3 (Flask, SQLAlchemy, Jinja2) PostgreSQL and database migrations (Alembic) REST APIs and third-party service integrations Email protocols (IMAP, SMTP) and calendar standards (RFC 5545/iCal) HTML/CSS for email templates and reports Basic Linux/DevOps (cron, systemd, nginx) Nice to Have Google Cloud Platform (Secret Manager, deployment) Terraform for infrastructure PayPal/Stripe payment integrations Data visualization (matplotlib, wordcloud)
