We’re looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to ramp up development of our global online market research platform. Hundreds of the world’s leading brands have used our web and mobile apps to better understand what their customers think, feel and do. Localised into over 30 languages, it is well known throughout the industry for its ease of use, flexibility and reliability. In an industry first, we have recently integrated our platform with a custom-built Facebook application that enables us to recruit any of the 1.5 billion users on the social network to participate in our clients’ projects. This combination is driving rapid growth of our independently owned company.

in Old Street, London, with up to four days a week remote working. Reporting to the Technical Director you would be working in conjunction with two experienced Rails developers to architect, develop, test and deploy new features that push the platform forward and delight our customers. You will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and smooth running of the platform.
We are looking for:
An exceptional developer, who really cares about their code and who is equally comfortable working on front- and back-end code.
A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment.
Someone with at least 5 years commercial experience who wants to play a key role in a growing team.
