Full-Stack Software Engineer

Compensation: €2,200 per month take-home

What we’re looking for most

1. Self-starter. You take ambiguous problems from idea to production without waiting to be told what to do next, and you keep owning the outcome after launch.
2. Startup or project experience. You’ve worked on a small or early-stage team, or built and shipped your own projects end to end.
3. Up to 5 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products that real people use.
4. Data science project experience. You’ve worked with data to answer real questions or power product features.

What you’ll do

• Build with AI at the core. You’ll steer AI coding agents (Claude Code or similar) to build, test, deploy and maintain systems, and you’ll have the judgment to review and own what they produce. AI augmentation is central to how this team works.
• Own initiatives end to end. You’ll take ownership across several initiatives at once and be responsible for delivering them.
• Break down hard problems. You’ll turn vague, complex problems into clear, shippable pieces.
• Deliver. You’ll be accountable for getting working software to members, Health Coaches, clinicians and internal teams.

Skills you should have

• A product mindset. You start with the problem, not the solution, and you measure your work by whether it helped someone.
• Comfort working directly with stakeholders and customers (members, Health Coaches, clinicians and internal teams) to find out what they actually need before you build.
• Strong collaboration with product, design, QA and clinical teammates, with clear written and spoken English.
• Strong UX instincts. You notice when a flow is confusing and you care about the details that make a product easy to use.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and the JavaScript ecosystem, with strong React and modern web experience. Comfortable across the stack: UIs, APIs, services, data models and databases.
• Experience building, shipping and operating cloud services, including automated testing, CI/CD and release pipelines.
• The ability to design pragmatic architectures, APIs and data models and to make sound technical trade-offs without adding unnecessary complexity.
• Experience building agentic workflows, tools or automations that make a whole team faster.
• Generative AI integration (OpenAI / Vertex API, RAG, prompt and context engineering, agentic systems).
• An understanding of security and privacy when handling sensitive health data.

Nice to have

• Mobile app experience, ideally React Native (Expo EAS a plus)
• Familiarity with Nest.js, Google Cloud and Firebase
• Experience with MCP servers, agent skills and hooks, or CI pipelines that run agents
• Healthcare, HIPAA or other regulated-industry experience
• Open source contributions or internal developer tooling experience

Team in Greece

This is a remote role based in Greece. You’ll join teammates in the Athens and Chania areas. We’re remote-first, and we value time together in person when it makes the work better, whether that’s whiteboarding a problem, working side by side for a day, or grabbing lunch.
