Role Overview We are expanding our elite Engineering Expert Network, connecting highly skilled Full-Stack Developers with leading AI research laboratories. In this remote consulting role, you will apply your end-to-end engineering expertise to train, evaluate, and refine frontier artificial intelligence models focused on modern software development.

Core Responsibilities Once matched with an active project, your contributions will include:

• Training and evaluating AI models in full-stack engineering, reviewing both frontend logic and backend architecture.
• Designing coding tasks, system design challenges, and technical deliverables based on real-world scenarios.
• Providing domain-specific, structured feedback on AI-generated code to advance automated software engineering research.

Candidate Profile

• Robust professional experience in frontend development (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Deep expertise in backend development (Node.js, Django, or Spring) and API design.
• Strong proficiency working with both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Exceptional written communication skills to clearly document technical evaluations and code reviews.
• Highly self-motivated with the proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Engagement Details & Compensation

• Work Structure: 100% remote, independent contractor position. Set your own flexible hours.
• Commitment: Typical engagements range from 15 to 30 hours per week, depending on project scope.
• Compensation: Highly competitive rate ranging from $70.00 to $150.00 per hour, depending on project complexity. Payments are processed securely and weekly via Stripe or Wise.
• Confidentiality: Your work will not involve accessing, using, or sharing any confidential source code from your current employer.
