Head of Technology - Transformation & Integration

Permanent - Based in Midlands

Hybrid Model – 4 days in Office and 1 day remote.

Azure / REACT / TypeScript / REST APIs / SQL / systems integration / ERP / TECH LEADERSHIP

A fast-growing, acquisitive manufacturing group is modernising the in-house platform that runs its businesses and rolling it out across the group, and is hiring a technology leader to DRIVE the integration and own it end to end. You will set the direction, lead and drive the integration.

What the role needs:

1. A software engineering background with good hands-on credibility across the stack (JavaScript or TypeScript, React or Node, REST APIs, SQL).
2. A track record of modernising legacy systems and integrating them with finance, ERP and reporting platforms.
3. Experience leading integrations and acting as the technical authority.
4. Experience of integrating systems from other companies into a shared platform.

Also useful:

1. Azure (App Services, Azure SQL) and GitHub-based workflows.
2. Integration with finance or ERP systems (e.g. SAP Business One) or AP automation.
3. AI-assisted development workflows.
4. A manufacturing, engineering or industrial background.
