Help lower healthcare costs by bringing drug-price transparency to the point of care. We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer for our client, a U.S. health IT company.

You’ll build the user interfaces and high-performance APIs behind products that help doctors and patients make better, more affordable decisions. This work is core to the company’s business, and its impact reaches the wider U.S. healthcare system.

What you’ll do

• Build modern, responsive front-end applications in React on top of high-performance APIs.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services with .NET Core and C#.
• Work with stakeholders to turn complex business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Develop, debug, and deploy features end to end as an individual contributor.
• Contribute to DevOps and QA practices that keep the platform fast and stable.

What you bring

Must-haves

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript, building Single Page Applications (SPAs) with modern JS and CSS frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS, with a good eye for UI design.
• Experience with Sketch or similar UI design tools.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core and C#.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including Entity Framework.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to have

• Redux
• Experience building modern user interfaces that integrate with legacy systems
• Experience with high-transaction or high-throughput business systems
• Healthcare industry experience
