Job Title: Full-Time Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (3:00 AM - 12:00 PM, PHT)
Salary: 45,000 pesos basic pay + 10,000 pesos bonus for performance + 40,000 pesos yearly bonus

Overview:
Remote Filo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist
for our client. The ideal candidate is passionate about data accuracy and reliability, has strong analytical skills, and possesses experience with BI platforms, SQL, and ETL processes. If you enjoy transforming data into actionable insights and ensuring data integrity, wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using
Tableau and Power BI
.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Write and optimize
SQL queries
for data analysis and validation.
Perform rigorous
data validation and quality checks
to maintain high accuracy.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
Utilize
Excel (pivot tables, calculated fields, etc.)
for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure efficient data pipelines and system integrations.
Leverage
Databricks and Python
(if applicable) for advanced data processing and analytics.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Fluent in English
(both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Experience with
BI tools
like
Tableau and Power BI
.
Strong
SQL proficiency
and experience working with databases.
Expertise in
ETL processes
and data pipeline management.
Excellent
data validation skills
accuracy is critical.
Advanced
Excel skills
, including pivot tables, formulas, and calculated fields.
Knowledge of
Databricks and Python
is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail.
