Full-Time Cold Caller — Egypt Location: Egypt (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST Starting Rate: $5.00/hour Commission: 5% of monthly salary for each generated lead that converts into a contract About the Role We are looking for a Full-Time Cold Caller with real estate experience to join our team and generate qualified leads through outbound calling. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable making 150–200 outbound calls per day, and understands how to navigate conversations with homeowners. Real estate experience is required for this role to help open opportunities and qualify leads effectively for our team. Responsibilities Make 150–200 outbound calls per day using a power dialer. Engage prospects, build rapport, and identify seller motivation. Identify and qualify potential real estate leads based on established criteria. Follow calling scripts and established lead-generation processes. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead outcomes in our CRM. Follow up with prospects when necessary. Consistently meet daily and weekly calling and lead-generation goals. Coordinate with the team to ensure qualified leads are properly handed off. Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout all prospect interactions. Requirements Real estate experience is required. Strong, clear English communication and conversational skills. Experience using a power dialer and CRM systems. Confident and comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and consistent attendance. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable computer, fast internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset.
