Full-Time Hybrid Breast Radiologist | Mon-Fri Schedule | Napa County, CA

About the Role We are seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist at a high-performing hospital in Napa County. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining imaging standards while delivering essential care to a supportive community. This opportunity has location and schedule flexibility - from 5 days a week onsite (preferred) to 3 days a week onsite with remote days. Clinical Scope & Responsibilities Procedure Focus: This role involves a full suite of on-site breast procedures, including: Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement Mammographic-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement Ultrasound-guided breast cyst aspiration Clinical Leadership: You will play a key role in clinical leadership, defining standards and optimizing workflows. General Diagnostic: While the focus is breast procedures, you will be expected to read mammograms and general diagnostic studies, schedule permitting. (Reduced schedule may be available) Compensation: $500,000+ Location: Onsite or hybrid, hospital setting in Napa County, CA Call Expectations: None. Time Off: 10 weeks of paid time off per year for the Full Time position. Target Start Date: ASAP. Other: Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed Qualifications Board-certified (ABR or ABOR) Radiologist. Breast Radiology fellowship training preferred. Ability to obtain an active medical license in California. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program. Compensation The base pay range for this role is $500,000 – $800,000 per year.
