You’ll join a team of passionate developers building web applications for local and international clients, including companies in the FMCG sector, as well as research projects. As a Fullstack Developer, you’ll work across Python-based backend services and React frontends, contributing to the entire delivery process — from discussing requirements directly with clients and designing solutions to implementation, testing, and deployment. You’ll build APIs with Django and FastAPI, develop responsive user interfaces with React, and connect them into reliable, maintainable applications. Depending on the project, you’ll collaborate with other fullstack developers, backend and frontend specialists, and DevOps engineers, taking ownership of features across the stack.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

  • Backend: Python, Django 5, FastAPI, Celery

  • APIs: REST

  • Databases: MySQL, Dgraph

  • Containerization and Storage: Docker, Makefile, Bash, MinIO

  • Messaging and Integrations: Kafka, integrations with MinIO, Celery, and MySQL

  • Cloud: AWS EC2, basic server management via SSH

  • Orchestration: Kubernetes on AWS

  • CI/CD and Artifacts: TeamCity and JFrog, managed by a separate team

Primary qualifications

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience developing applications with Python and Django

  • Hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and JavaScript / TypeScript

  • Good understanding of React hooks, component architecture, and state management

  • Experience designing REST APIs and integrating them with frontend applications

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design

  • Experience working with relational databases, Git, and Docker

  • Understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns, code reviews, and automated testing across the backend and frontend

  • Ability to take ownership of features from requirements through implementation and deployment

  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Good command of English, enabling direct collaboration with international clients

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to keep developing your skills

It is great if you have

  • Experience with FastAPI and asynchronous processing using Celery

  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows

  • Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems

  • Experience writing frontend unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

  • Awareness of web accessibility and frontend performance best practices

Salary

22,000–28,000 PLN + VAT (B2B)
