Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Full Stack Developer (React + Java)
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using
React
on the frontend and
Java (Spring Boot)
on the backend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive web applications using
React.js
Develop robust and scalable backend services using
Java
and
Spring Boot
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to implement solutions
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality
Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Ensure optimal performance and scalability of applications
Work in an agile development environment with regular sprints and deliveries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development
Strong proficiency in
React.js
, including state management (Redux or Context API)
Solid experience in
Java
, with a focus on
Spring Boot
or other Java frameworks
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git)
Good understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)
Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Educational Qualification:
Must have a
B.Tech or B.E degree
in any stream
Preferred:
Degree in
Computer Science
or a related field
Nice to Have:
Exposure to cloud platforms like
AWS

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of containerization tools like
