This role offers the opportunity to lead full-stack development initiatives, influence technical decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality solutions using modern technologies and best practice s. Job Responsibilities Lead the development of full-stack features using React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS. Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications. Build responsive, accessible, high-performance, and reusable UI components using our design system. Model, manage, and optimize data using Document DB technologies. Write, maintain, and enhance unit and integration tests across the technology stack. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient deployment workflows using GitHub Actions Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact features and solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure cross-platform compatibility. Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and champion engineering best practices. Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation to support long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing. Job Requirements Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken) 8+ years of professional experience in software development with experience across both frontend and backend. Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial) Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS. Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with Document DB systems. Experience with BFF architecture. Proficiency in writing tests and working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jest, GitHub Actions). Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and responsive design. Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern development practices. Comfortable working in a global, remote, and multicultural environment. Nice to have Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Position Type and Expected Hours of Work  This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
