We offer business cloud services that solve various money-related challenges. Our services in the HR domain began in 2015, driven by the background of handling "financial transactions between companies and employees." Since then, the HR Product Development Division has expanded its product lineup, currently offering 8 products in the HR space.

■ Background of Recruitment

We provide a management interface for corporate clients to easily manage company-leased housing, as well as an app for employees to check their contract status. However, due to a rapid increase in users, operational challenges supporting this growth have emerged. As a company-wide technical strategy, we are promoting a "transition to an AI-native product development structure." We aim to move away from traditional segmented workflows (assembly-line style) and leverage AI to achieve ultra-fast value validation and implementation. Under this strategy, our division is seeking an engineer who can utilize AI to rapidly integrate operational efficiency and UX improvements into the product, driving business optimization and new value creation. Rather than simply writing code as instructed, you will leverage AI as your "ultimate partner" to drive the process end-to-end—from issue discovery to delivery. Over the medium to long term, you will also be involved in developing new features and new products in the welfare domain beyond the core housing management system.

■ Main Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Product Development Department in our division, you will lead system construction that drives operational improvements and new value creation using AI development tools.

• Requirements Definition (Discovery): Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PdMs and domain experts) to delve into and structure complex business challenges into defined requirements.
• Ultra-Fast Prototyping & Architecture Design: Based on established requirements, utilize AI to create mockups within a few days and perform technical verifications to determine the optimal architecture and design.
• New Screen & Feature Development (Delivery): Use modern tech stacks such as TypeScript and GraphQL alongside Generative AI (LLMs, etc.) to swiftly implement frontend and backend features. Detect hallucinations (technical breaks) in AI-generated code and optimize it into high-quality code ensuring performance and security.
• Maintenance & Operation: Ensure stable post-release operation of systems and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback.

■ Required Skills

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of backend development experience using TypeScript.
• Practical development experience using MySQL.
• Practical development experience using GraphQL.
• Practical development experience using React and Next.js.
• Practical experience with relational and non-relational databases (transaction management, query optimization, schema design, etc.).
• Experience in writing tests and test automation.
• In addition to software engineering experience, a mindset to proactively incorporate Generative AI (LLMs and AI coding tools) into work for hands-on prototyping and validation.

Language Proficiency:

• Japanese: Business level (fluent enough to handle client communication in Japanese).
• English: Equivalent to TOEIC 600 or higher.

当本部においても、この方針のもと、AIを活用してオペレーションの効率化やUX改善の仕組みを爆速でプロダクトに組み込み、業務改善や新規価値創造を牽引していただけるエンジニアを募集します。

単に指示通りコードを書くのではなく、AIを「最強の相棒」として使いこなし、課題発見からデリバリーまでを一気通貫で推進していただきながら

中長期的には、新規機能開発や、主軸である社宅管理システムのみならず福利厚生領域における新規プロダクトの開発にも携わっていただく予定です。

■主な業務内容

当本部のプロダクト開発部メンバーとして、AI開発ツールを活用しながら、業務改善や新規価値創造につながるシステム構築をリードしていただきます。

・要件定義（Discovery）

社内のステークホルダー（PdMやドメインエキスパート）と連携し、複雑な業務課題を深堀り・構造化して要件に落とし込みます。

・超高速プロトタイピング・設計

構築した要件に基づき、AIを活用して数日単位でのモックアップ作成や技術的検証を行い、最適なアーキテクチャ・設計を導き出します。

・新規画面・機能開発（Delivery）

TypeScriptやGraphQL等の技術スタックと生成AI（LLM等）を駆使し、フロントエンド・バックエンドの実装を一気に書き上げます。

AIが生成したコードのハルシネーション（技術的な破綻）を見抜き、パフォーマンスやセキュリティを担保した高品質なコードへと最適化します。

・保守運用

リリース後のシステムの安定稼働を確保し、ユーザーからのフィードバックを基に継続的な改善を図ります。
