- Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;

- IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.

The Project

We are seeking a Fullstack Java + React Developer to work on a Tech project.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital products spanning both frontend and backend layers;

• Implement robust backend solutions leveraging Java and Spring Boot, with a focus on RESTful APIs and microservices architecture;

• Develop responsive and performant web interfaces using React and Next.js;

• Play an active role throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and ongoing operation;

• Integrate AI-powered development tools into day-to-day engineering workflows, including code generation, test automation, documentation, and refactoring;

• Critically assess and refine AI-generated code to uphold standards of quality, security, and long-term maintainability;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of reliable, high-impact software solutions.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• Proven hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot in a professional setting;

• Solid background in JavaScript and TypeScript development;

• Demonstrated ability to build modern web applications with React; familiarity with Next.js is a valued plus;

• Track record of designing and working with distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs;

• Hands-on experience with containerisation technologies; knowledge of Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms is advantageous;

• Exposure to event-streaming platforms such as Kafka or equivalent technologies is a plus;

• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to enhance development workflows, including coding, testing, and documentation tasks;

• Solid grasp of engineering best practices, encompassing code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD methodologies;

• Good understanding of web performance principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques;

• Familiarity with infrastructure management, system observability, and monitoring practices;

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
