At the core of the role
We are looking for a genuine Fullstack Engineer who combines solid traditional software engineering expertise with modern AI-native development approaches. In this role, you will take ownership of code quality, technical solutions, and end-to-end deliverables within a collaborative Agile team environment—writing, reviewing, and maintaining production-grade code rather than relying solely on AI generation.
Core skills you’ll bring
Solid background as a hands-on Fullstack Engineer with Medior+ experience in Java and/or Kotlin on the backend and React on the frontend.
Practical, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows, with the ability to independently write, debug, and review complex codebases.
Strong familiarity with software architecture, PostgreSQL, GitHub, and DevOps principles.
Great teamwork, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset toward task ownership and cross-functional Agile collaboration.
Czech or Slovak language at an excellent level is essential, with at least technical English proficiency.
The impact you'll create
Design, build, and maintain fullstack technical solutions across backend (Java and/or Kotlin) and frontend (React) using High-Level Design (HLD), Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
Apply modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) and AI-native approaches, particularly Specification-Driven Development and AI Development Lifecycle (ADLC).
Write and maintain robust automated tests following Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, independently evaluating and validating all AI-assisted code.
Manage data layers using PostgreSQL and collaborate across DevOps practices and GitHub workflows within an end-to-end Scrum delivery framework.
