FullStack .NET + React Developer

Job Description We’re looking for an experienced FullStack .NET Developer to join a greenfield digital transformation project in the corporate banking sector. You’ll help build a modern, high-performance system from scratch using .NET 6/8, React, Kafka, and microservices integrated with multiple enterprise platforms — a project that will have a long-term impact on thousands of users. Responsibilities: Build scalable backend features in .NET 6/8 and contribute to a microservices-based architecture Develop clean, reusable components in React integrated with REST APIs Implement and integrate REST/SOAP services and event-driven systems with Kafka Work closely with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders on requirements and design Participate in testing, deployment, and optimisation to ensure high system performance Requirements 5+ years of experience in .NET development Strong skills in .NET 6/8, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Entity Framework Hands-on experience with React Familiarity with Kafka and distributed/microservices architecture Understanding of enterprise system integration and APIs Fluency in Polish and English (B2 level or higher) Nice to have: Experience in banking or financial systems Knowledge of secure systems or mobile banking Familiarity with DDD, event storming, or user story mapping Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments Benefits Competitive salary Fully remote or hybrid model Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline Comprehensive healthcare Work in a multilingual, multinational, and multicultural environment on international projects
