Join an international engineering team developing software for the aviation industry. The team works on advanced systems and electronic solutions supporting aircraft, including navigation, flight controls, and information systems.

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll work in a hybrid model in Gdańsk, collaborating with experienced engineers, product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and QA. You’ll develop backend services using Python and modern web frameworks, as well as frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React. You’ll take ownership of features from implementation and testing through to delivery, while also contributing to code reviews, technical discussions, and improving development processes.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python and modern web frameworks
• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Own features end-to-end, from design and implementation through testing and delivery
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests across frontend and backend
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices with other engineers
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and QA
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and standard branching and merge request workflows
• Work in Docker-based development environments and collaborate with DevOps/OS teams
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with React or another modern frontend framework
• Experience with a Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
• Experience with unit and integration testing, using tools such as pytest, Jest, Testing Library, or Cypress
• Experience with Git and code review workflows
• Experience with Docker and containerized development environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation
• Experience with Kubernetes or Helm is a plus
• Understanding of web application security practices, including XSS mitigation, CSP, and secure cookie handling
• Experience participating in technical design discussions or mentoring other engineers is a plus
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
