Fully Remote BD/Sales, Short-Term Rental SaaS, Part-Time/ Full-Time

As an early-stage startup, we're looking for someone who wants to do more than just sell. You'll work closely with the founder to help build something special, shape our sales strategy and grow alongside the business.

High Earning Potential

No base salary. Commission only.

You earn 50% of each client's monthly subscription for the first 6 months.

Example

• Close a £500/month client = £250/month for 6 months
• Close a £1000/month client = £500/month for 6 months

No cap on commission.

• High performers can realistically build £3,000 to £6,000+ in monthly commission as they continue closing new clients.

• Confident speaking and presenting decision-makers
• Strong outbound sales experience (preferred) and comfortable owning your own pipeline

Hostlab (hostlab.ai) is a digital concierge platform that helps short-term rental operators improve the guest experience while reducing repetitive guest enquiries.

What You'll Do

• Own the full outbound sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing and onboarding
• Identify and build lists of short-term rental operators and property managers
• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email and phone
• Research prospects, identify decision-makers and initiate conversations
• Book and conduct demos with prospective customers
• Follow up consistently and manage the sales cycle through to close
• Build, manage and own your own sales pipeline, with full responsibility for generating your own opportunities
• Build relationships with property managers and short-term rental operators across international markets

What we're looking for

• Proven B2B SaaS sales or business development experience
• Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, property management, or SaaS sales highly preferred
• Strong outbound prospecting experience and the ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch
• Confident with cold outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone
• Self-motivated and comfortable owning the entire sales process
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous experience with Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Hostfully, Lodgify, Avantio or another STR/PMS platform would be highly advantageous
