Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Java / Spring Boot applications and Microservices.
• Build scalable and maintainable backend systems considering performance and reliability.
• Implement coding, testing, code review, and refactoring practices.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Participate in system design, technical discussions, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support Fullstack development when required.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers when needed.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of software development experience (Senior) or 6+ years (Lead).
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and System Design.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with SQL / Database development.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Fullstack technologies.
• Experience with Code Review, Refactoring, and Unit Testing.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Japanese: Business level (N2+)
• English: High Intermediate level (TOEIC 800+)

Working Hours:

9:00–18:00

Working Style:

Hybrid — 3 days office / 2 days remote per week

Employment Type:

Direct Contract — 1 year contract (renewable)
