As a Functional Administrator, you will support the day-to-day management of a security-related platform, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyse business requirements, provide functional support to users, coordinate testing activities, manage change requests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services. You will also help ensure compliance with data protection and security standards while supporting operational activities and project implementations. Provide functional support to application users and stakeholders. Investigate and coordinate the resolution of functional incidents. Gather, analyse and document business requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change requests. Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement functional enhancements. Monitor processes and ensure alignment with security and data protection requirements. Support testing, quality assurance and service improvement initiatives. Contribute to process optimization and automation activities. Maintain project, operational and user documentation. Work with international stakeholders in a collaborative environment. 1-3 years of experience in Functional Administration, Business Analysis, Application Support, IT Operations or similar roles. Basic understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Protection concepts. Experience working with users, stakeholders and business requirements. Experience with incident management, testing activities or change requests is considered an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Stakeholder management skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent English and conversational French (B1-B2). Exposure to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts or platforms is considered an advantage. ITIL certification would be a plus. CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft SC-400 certification would be a plus.
